What Applicants Need to Prepare
Career consultant Simon Ingari told FLASHNEWS.co.ke that candidates applying for government positions must ensure their documentation is complete before attending any interview.
“Most government jobs require compliance with Chapter Six of the 2010 Constitution,” he said. “This means that you must prepare all the documents early as requested and ensure that they are up to date. If one document is missing, this can lead to automatic disqualification.”
Mr Ingari advised applicants to secure mandatory clearance documents from bodies such as the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) and other regulatory agencies ahead of the application deadline.
KMA is expected to begin shortlisting candidates shortly after the December submission window closes, with interviews likely to follow in early 2026.
