KMTC Advises Prospective Students to Visit Designated Campuses for Application Assistance Before Deadline.
Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) has issued a statement advising prospective students who are experiencing challenges with the ongoing application process for September 2025 intake to visit designated campuses for in-person assistance. The statement was released on Monday, 7 July 2025.
According to KMTC, eligible applicants must complete their applications by 7 July 2025. The institution has said trained KMTC officers will be available at selected campuses to guide and answer questions on the application process.
KMTC has listed 30 campuses where assistance will be available in full:

KMTC has said prospective students must visit the institution’s website before seeking in-person support. The website has all the information on application process, available programs and minimum entry requirements.
KMTC has said the current intake is for applicants who were not placed in the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) placement cycle between January and June 2025 and those who got their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) between 2000 and 2024 and had not applied to KMTC before.The statement said: “KMTC application is ongoing for September 2025 intake. Deadline is July 7, 2025.”

The KMTC application portal which was opened on 23 June 2025 is currently accepting applications for 36 programs offered at KMTC campuses.

Meanwhile KUCCPS has reiterated that all KMTC applications must be submitted through KUCCPS online portal. KUCCPS said in a statement dated 23 June 2025: “Announcement: The KUCCPS online system is open for Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) September 2025 intake application.” KUCCPS also warned that any other channels of application should be disregarded as fraudulent.
As of December 2024, KMTC has 87 campuses across Kenya training and developing healthcare professionals in various parts of the country.
