The last batch to sit the KCSE will do so 35 years after the exam was introduced in 1992.Dr. Njengere advised those who want to retake the KCSE in full or in part to take advantage of the remaining limited examination windows before the final administration in 2027. This phase-out is in line with the transition to the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
