Odinga’s remarks came just days after President Ruto issued a public apology to Kenyan youth during the National Prayer Breakfast held at Safari Park on Wednesday, May 28.
The announcement was made by President William Ruto on Thursday, May 29, during the launch of a new phase of the national Affordable Housing Programme in the lakeside city.
The dismissal comes amid broader efforts by President Ruto to restructure his administration and accommodate leaders from across the political spectrum, particularly from Raila Odinga’s Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).
