KASNEB Confirms December 2025 Exam Dates With a Strict Registration Deadline

KASNEB has released the December 2025 examination schedule.

According to a notice published in MyGov on September 9, the exams will be held for 4 days from Monday, December 1, 2025 to Thursday, December 4, 2025.

“All KASNEB students, training institutions, parents, guardians and other stakeholders are informed that the December 2025 exams will be from December 1 to December 4,” part of the statement read.

The exams will cover various programs including Certificate in Accounting and Management Skills (CAMS), Accounting Technicians Diploma (ATD), Diploma in Data Management and Analytics (DDMA), Diploma in Computer Networks and Systems Administration (DCNSA), Diploma in Quality Management (DQM).

Professional exams such as Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Certified Secretaries (CS), Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (CIFA), Certified Credit Professionals (CCP), Certified Information Systems Solutions Expert (CISSE), Certified Forensic Fraud Examiner (CFFE) will also be administered.

Other exams include Certified Public Finance Manager (CPFM), Vocational Certificate Courses (VCEI, VCGD, VCICS, and VCBCT), Certified Procurement and Supply Professional of Kenya (CPSP-K), Associate in Procurement and Supply of Kenya (APS-K), Certified Quality Professional (CQP), Business Data Analytics Practical Paper (CPA) and Financial Modelling and Data Analytics Practical Paper (CIFA).

Foreign Accountancy Qualifications (FAQ) will be on Tuesday, December 2 and Thursday, December 4, 2025.

KASNEB advises candidates to make prior arrangements to enable smooth participation in the exams. This includes requesting leave from employers where necessary.

The last day for registration and exam entry is Friday, October 31, 2025. Don’t wait until the last minute.

Continuing students should renew their registration every year by July 1. New students should start their renewals from July 1 after their first exam eligibility and continue annually thereafter.
